Marry Ex’s Uncle After Divorcement By Jacqueline Chapter 313
Chapter 313 Have You Done Anything to Her?
Mrs. Calsis knew that the kids loved Theresa, so she was afraid that they would leave with her.
Theresa explained, “I am going to drive them to school.”
Mrs. Calsis checked the clock and said, “It’s still early. Leonard, Ben, finish your breakfast.”
Ben said, “No, I am full.”
Mrs. Calsis thought. ‘There’s a lot on your plate. You aren’t full.’
Leonard didn’t say anything but walked over to Theresa and held her hand.
Mrs. Calsis realized that the kids followed Theresa, so she persuaded the kids, “Don’t worry. It’s too early for you to go to school. I can drive you there later.” However, no matter what she said, the kids just stood still with Theresa and silence dropped into the room. “Charlie, you see? Your sons are so stubborn,” she had no choice. but to complain.

Theresa was a bit surprised because she had thought that he would ask her to leave alone without the kids. After a few seconds, she gave him a glance and left with Leonard and Ben.
Staring after them, Mrs. Calsis felt a headache. She asked Charlie, “Why did you let her go with your sons?” Charlie didn’t answer. He looked at Pat and said evenly in a polite manner, “I wonder if you did something to Theresa.” His question drew both Mrs. Calsis and Pat’s attention.
Pat asked, “Why would you say that?”
Charlie continued, “Did you do anything to her?” When he came downstairs, he saw Theresa standing still in front of Pat, and later he also noticed that she was strangely quiet while having breakfast. ‘She has never been like this before. Besides, last night when she came back, she was quite upset and put forward the divorce. That’s all weird.”
Pat knew that it was time to tell Charlie what he had done, so he said, “Yes. But I just gave her a lesson. Don’t worry. I know you love her, so I didn’t beat her.”
Charlie kept his eyes on Pat. “So what did you do?”
“I just hired some trouble-makers to give the Camerons a little bit of punishment. Do you remember what that family did to you? It serves them right!”
“Did you
ask them to her family?” Charlie frowned tightly. Yesterday, he was angry at her for her coming back with her father but didn’t expect Pat’s plan. Although he had always told the Camerons that he wouldn’t spare them, he hadn’t really punished that family for the sake of Theresa. After all, he had promised Theresa that he wouldn’t hurt her family and that was one of the terms of their marriage. ‘But now, what Pat has done just destroyed the contract between Theresa and me. What should I do?’
Seeing Charlie frowning, Pat made up his mind and persuaded him, “Charlie, the Camerons don’t deserve your kindness. You are too good to them. They should have gone broke. But now, see? They just made you marry such a woman. I am sure that she should be blamed for Rose’s miscarriage. Besides, she has been Jimmy’s lover. You know, she shouldn’t live here with you. So just divorce her as soon as possible.”
“I don’t agree!” Mrs. Calsis said. “Charlie and Theresa should get divorced.” Her words surprised Pat.
