“What are you doing here Lucas?” He asked and Lucas stared at him without saying a word and then turned to Liam.

“Excuse us, I would love to speak to my brother alone,” He said and Liam turned to Brandon who nodded and gave him the look *it is okay, you can leave*.

Liam glared at Lucas one more time before walking out of the office.

“What are you doing here Lucas?” Brandon asked again as he stood up and put his hands in his pocket while staring at his brother who had this devilish smile on his face.

“I’m here to take my position in this company and steal your woman,” Lucas said and Brandon scoffed.

“Don’t start with me, Lucas” Brandon said and he chuckled.

“Oh, you started with me Brandon with the whole Stay away from my wife speech. I’m still relishing that” Lucas said and Brandon smiled.

“As long as you heard it, Lucas,” he said and he rolled his eyes.

“You know those times I have been stalking your woman, trust me I came to realize she was really pretty and well endowed” Lucas paused as he noticed the look on Brandon’s face. He was trying to get on his nerves and it was working. Lucas smiled.

He was gonna enjoy all of this. He thought as he continued.

“So, this day she went to the mall, I followed her and intentionally came in contact with her.

And then I felt this strange feeling surge through me. Same thing we both felt for Lisa. I think I like her” Lucas said and the frown on Brandon’s face deepened. The smile on Lucas’s face widened.

“Damn!! I wonder how good she tastes in……” Brandon, who couldn’t hold his anger, didn’t let him finish his statement as he moved towards him and punched him so hard on his nose.

Lucas laughed.

“I definitely cannot wait to have her too, same way you had my fiancee, ” Lucas said and Brandon punched him again on his nose, this time blood streamed down his nose.

“I never did anything with your girlfriend, she’s was the one who’s all over me” Brandon yelled angrily.

“Really? She was the one all over you and you fucking slept with her even when you knew she was my woman” Lucas said.

Lucas frowned the moment he saw blood streamed down his nose and then punched Brandon in his mouth.

Suddenly, they began exchanging punches with each other and the next minute, Lucas was on the ground with Brandon on top of him punching him so hard on his face.

Meanwhile, Hannah, who had gotten to her office not quite long, decided to go inform Brandon concerning the client they were supposed to meet by noon today.

She walked towards the office, opened the door, and shockingly, she was welcomed with the sight of Brandon and Lucas fighting.

“Brandon” she yelled and tried pulling him away from Lucas but instead he pushed her making her fall to the ground.

“Are you alright? I’m sorry I didn’t mean to push you” he said as he helped her stand up from the ground.

“It’s fine,” she said as she stared at Lucas who was on the ground, with blood on his mouth and nose.

She glared at Brandon too, there was blood on his mouth too.

She wondered what had come over them and why they were fighting.

“What’s wrong with you Brandon? Do you want to kill your Brother?” she asked as she watched Lucas stand up and laugh.

“I promise you Brandon, I’m going to make you pay for everything,” he said and Brandon wanted to hit him again but Hannah held him making him stop.

“Lucas, please go out and treat those injuries,” Hannah said to Lucas who stared at her and then walked out of the office without saying a word.

Hannah moved towards the door and closed it.

“What’s wrong with you? That’s your brother for goodness sake, why are you both fighting?” she asked, looking worried, wondering why both brothers were at each other’s throats.

“It’s nothing” he said and turned to leave but Hannah held his hands and he paused.

“You are bleeding,” she said as she used the handkerchief in her hands to wipe out the blood and then touched his face while staring deeper into his eyes like dhe was searching for something.

The moment she touched his face, he felt all the anger inside of him disappear at once.

She swallowed into nothing and quickly removed her hands from his face.

“You should stop fighting Lucas, he’s your only Brother,” Hannah said as she looked away from him.

She knew there was more to the reason Brandon and his Brother were at each other’s throats, but Brandon was hiding it from her and wouldn’t tell her anything.

“I’m sorry I pushed you, I… It was a mistake, ” he said calmly. Hannah nodded, took the first aid box, and helped him sit down, then cleaned the injury on his mouth.

“He thinks I set him up, he thinks I wanted him dead” Brandon finally spoke and Hannah signed.

“That is not true. I can help you talk to him if you want me to” Hannah said

“No, no, don’t. You have to stay away from him, Hannah, please promise me you will stay away from him” Brandon said as he grasped Hannah’s hands tightly.

“You are hurting my hands, Brandon,” she said as she winced in pain.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to. I…. I’m sorry” he said and let go of her hands immediately.

“Is there something else you are not telling me, Brandon?” Hannah asked and Brandon stared at her. He couldn’t tell her the truth, he couldn’t.

“No, there’s nothing,” he said and Hannah, who was done cleaning his wound, nodded and stood up.

“I’ll be in my office,” she says as she closes the box and gives Brandon one last glance before walking out of the office.

She didn’t bother telling Brandon the reason she had gone to his office, she wondered why Lucas and Brandon hated each other so much.

There was something more to all of this that she didn’t know about, she thought as she walked inside her office and was surprisedly welcomed by the sight of Lucas sitting on the couch in her office.
