Rebirth To Be The Revenge Queen

Chapter 1558 The Blade Of Revenge

Chapter 1558 The Blade Of Revenge

Chapter 1558 The Blade of Revenge

At the same time, Freddie walked out of a high-end club in the capital, exhausted.

He rubbed his forehead and walked to his car, about to open the door when a voice suddenly sounded

beside him.

"Mr. Shaw, do you have time to talk?"

It was a low and magnetic voice that sounded like a cello in the quiet surroundings and amidst the red

and green lights of the club.

Freddie's hand paused before opening the car door, and then he smirked sarcastically without

immediately looking up. He lit a cigarette for himself, took a deep drag, and then raised his head to look

at the source of the voice.

At the entrance of a narrow alley, under dim lighting, a tall figure leaned against the wall. Even through

the mess on the ground, his imposing aura was hard to conceal.

Freddie clenched the cigarette in his mouth and stared fixedly at the constantly changing face. "Who

are you?"

The Shaw family had long since fallen, and no one in the capital would take them seriously anymore.

Even if they did, it would only be to insult and trample on them. Freddie was already accustomed to

this.

The man's tone remained unchanged. "I am Robert Hall, from the Central City."

Upon hearing the words "Central City", Freddie's defeated expression brightened slightly, and he gazed

at the face in the darkness. "A distinguished guest from Central City has come to find the Shaw family.

What do you want?"

The man walked out of the darkness, wearing a white shirt with a black suit jacket, looking as elegant

as any aristocrat who had just left a party. His face was sharp and angular, and he was handsome and

refined.

Robert smiled at Freddie. "My lady has lost something in the capital, and it has a close relationship with

Mr. Shaw. I was ordered to come and ask for it back."

Freddie's mind raced, and he immediately guessed what the other person was talking about. He gritted

his teeth. "The 'Sacred Pearl' is currently in the research institute, under the personal supervision of the

Turner family's young miss. I cannot return it to you."

Robert fixed his gaze on Freddie's eyes. "As long as Mr. Shaw can return the 'Sacred Pearl', I can

promise you any request unconditionally."

Freddie sneered. "What do you want to say?"

Robert smiled. "There is a rumor that a mechanic in H Country has shut down the 'Sacred Pearl'. I just

want to ask her to reopen it. It has been three months since the last time it was opened, and the

hibernation period of the 'Sacred Pearl' has already ended. As long as it is opened once more, it can

quietly put to rest the people that both you and I want dead, the people who should have disappeared

long ago."

At the mention of Diana, Freddie's expression twisted slightly.

The Shaw family placed all their bets on Diana, but she failed to create any favorable value. If it weren't

for the decline of the Shaw family's status and Diana being locked up in the research institute, Freddie

would have torn her to pieces in anger.

Freddie sneered, "I'm afraid you will be disappointed. That woman doesn't have the ability to activate

the 'Sacred Pearl'!"

After all this time, Diana had made no progress.

Freddie was almost certain that the foolish Diana could not activate the "Sacred Pearl" at all!

Robert shook his head. "Miss Barrett just made a mistake in a certain step. As long as we remind her,

she will succeed."

Freddie suddenly froze, his pupils shrinking imperceptibly. "Are you sure, Mr. Hall?"

Robert smiled. "Of course."

Freddie clenched his fingers and fell silent, lost in thought.

Robert smirked. "The Shaw family has nothing left to lose now. In this situation, gambling is a risk-free

investment for you, Mr. Shaw."

Freddie took a deep breath.

He remembered the complete defeat of the Shaw family, Vivian being killed by Osvaldo, and Cassius'

disappearance.

The Shaw family had lost everything and couldn't afford to lose anymore! "Sacred Pearl" was his only

hope.

If he lost, it would be his own life. But if he won, with the support of "Sacred Pearl" and connections to

the people in the central city... the Shaw family could rise again and become prosperous!

Freddie looked at Robert and said, "Don't worry, Mr. Hall. I will hand over both the 'Sacred Pearl' and

Diana to you."

After speaking, Freddie got in his car and left.

Robert stood in place for a long time after Freddie left, looking in the direction of Selena's villa with cold

eyes.

A voice suddenly sounded in the darkness, "Is it worth it?"

Robert looked at the villa and smiled slightly. "Have you ever loved someone? Have you ever been

obsessed with someone?"

His eyes showed a hint of fanaticism. "The empire will prosper under her leadership. She is a born

empress!"

To help her ascend to the throne, he did not hesitate to bear the heavy burden of killing the emperor

multiple times.

The voice in the darkness fell silent for a while before continuing, "The emperor is the smartest person

in the world. 'Sacred Pearl' has always been under her watchful eyes. She could not have been

unprepared."

"Perhaps she has long been prepared, waiting for us to jump in on our own..."

Robert's eyes dimmed. "I know this is very risky, but... this is our last chance!"

While they were unaware, the emperor had made her way from being isolated and helpless to having a

growing number of supporters. Not only did one person personally escort her, even Stanley and 01 had

joined her side.

With these people watching her every move, it was almost impossible to kill her.

But no matter what, he couldn't let her return to the empire. Because once Selena went back, she

would eventually seek revenge against Lillian.

Robert could not allow such a thing to happen, so the emperor must die!

Even if he had to bear the sins of a thousand lifetimes and fall into eternal hell after death.

...

After Selena planned out the next few days, Stanley personally escorted her back to the villa.

It was already 7 o'clock in the evening and the sky had darkened.

As Selena walked in, she thought about how to tell Osvaldo about "Sacred Pearl." Nôvel(D)ra/ma.Org exclusive © material.

She had a habit of not revealing all her thoughts to others, but she had given "Sacred Pearl" to

Osvaldo, so it was his thing now and she could tell him.

Finally finding a reason to justify it, Selena smiled slightly. As she looked up, she saw Osvaldo standing

on the steps, watching her.
