Chapter 1315 Be Forbearing (Part Two)

Chapter 1315 Be Forbearing (Part Two)

"You stupid idiot!" Looking at Darren's back, Field was so pissed that he had the impulse to kill him.

However, according to the rule of Zhou Clan, no one was allowed to hurt the clients that entered their

stores as long as they did nothing to offend their clan. They owned a huge firm, thus it was crucial to

keep a respectable profile in order to attract more clients and expand their business even further.

"Young master, what about the earlier deal?" Mr. Yang asked as he approached Field with a crystal

card in his hand.

"Cancel that! Give him back all his divine patterns. Let's see if this arrogant idiot really has the guts to

participate in the hunting game," Field said threateningly as his face grew sour.

"Young master, are you planning to take part in the hunting game yourself?" Mr. Yang asked.

"Originally, I'm not. But now, I've changed my mind. Why? Do you think I'm not strong enough to

participate and gain the top spots? Besides, it's nobody's business if I suddenly take part in it," Field

replied. It was actually because he was annoyed with Darren that he suddenly decided to participate.

He wanted to teach him a lesson and show him that he made such a stupid decision to turn the offer

down.

"I would never dare to doubt your strength, young master. After all, you have twelve pieces of level-nine

attacking divine patterns and twelve pieces of level-nine defensive divine patterns. No one could

possibly hurt you aside from the cultivators at the Celestial God Realm. But, what I'm more worried

about is that powerful beasts are also present in the hunting ground. It is said that several beasts that

can be compared to low-level Celestial God Realm cultivators were roaming in that hunting ground,"

Mr. Yang warned him.

"You're overreacting. Those stories aren't credible. The beasts that you're talking about haven't come

out for thousands of years. It will be such a great coincidence if ever I encounter one of them.

Moreover, I have the Red-chained Armor. Nothing could hurt me once I wear that. Just go and sign me

up!" Field ordered urgently.

"Yes, master." Mr. Yang immediately followed Field's order, believing that his young master would do

pretty well in this event.

Meanwhile, Darren had just gone out of the hall after taking back all of his divine patterns.

However, Lindsay and Finley were nowhere to be found.

"Where are those two? I told them to stay here," he murmured to himself.

Unable to find them, Darren unleashed his god's sense to widen his perception. Then, he quickly found

them in a place outside the door.

Darren didn't waste any time and flew towards their location.

"What? You slapped my Finley across his face and you're the one who wants us to apologize? Are you

insane?!"

At this moment, Lindsay and Finley were being troubled by three people, one of whom seemed to be

drunk. He was also the one who slapped Finley on his face.

"Are you an idiot? Who wants your mere apology? Our young master ordered you to kneel and repent

in front of him for three months before you can leave!" a young man in black clothes said conceitedly.

Finley grabbed Lindsay by the arm and said, "Just ignore them. Come on, let's go. Darren might

already be back." He wanted to drag Lindsay out of there because he didn't want to cause any trouble.

Lindsay understood their situation and tried her best to calm herself. She nodded at Finley and agreed

to leave.

"Hey! Where do you think you're going? You're just going to leave like that? Do you have any idea

whom you just offended?! If you don't get on your knees right now, you'll pay with your puny lives!"

After saying these threats, the two men with the drunken young man suddenly rushed and attacked

Lindsay and Finley.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing?"

Darren instantly emerged in front of the two men and slapped them hard across their faces.

Taken aback, the two men stood on the ground with blood trickling at the corners of their mouths.

They didn't expect that Lindsay and Finley still had another companion around. The killing intent in their

eyes grew fiercer. "You lowlifes really want to die so badly, don't you? Do you know who our master

is?!" one of them asked menacingly.

"I don't care who he is, but I know that he's a useless bastard," Darren retorted mockingly.

"Our young master is the seventh son of the Lu Clan!" the other one shouted in exasperation. "How

dare you refer our young master as a useless bastard?! You piece of shit! We're going to crush you to

pieces!"

That was when they realized that the drunken young man was actually from the Lu Clan, one of the two

major clans in the town.

The two men, who were at the middle-level of the Star God Realm, rushed towards Darren and

unleashed a terrifying aura.

"Darren, we don't have to engage them. Let's escape before this becomes bigger," Lindsay told him

through her spiritual sense.

"Fine. Let's get out of here," Darren said to the other two. They didn't have any business with that place

anymore, so they decided to just leave.

However, it seemed that they wouldn't let them off the hook that easily.

"Where do you think you're going? You dared offend our young master, and now you plan on leaving

just like that?" A man with a spear suddenly appeared and blocked them in midair.

"Ha! I knew you cowards are going to escape. So, guess what? I called for backup. You're not going

anywhere! Captain, they're all yours!" the one in the black clothes sneered from the ground.

"Young master, what should we do with these three? Should we kill them already?" the captain asked in

a loud voice. Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.

"Just take the woman. I don't care about the two men. Kill them if you want…" the young master said

with a smirk while wobbling because of drunkenness.

"Yes, sir!" The captain cast a mischievous glance at Lindsay while licking his lips.
