Never Blinded by Love (Linda and Wilson)

Never 250

Samson heard that Linda had finished shooting and flew over that afternoon. He missed Lexi too much. Lexi had been on the set all day, so there was barely any time to video chat with him. When Linda woke from her nap and saw Samson sitting in the living room, she was stunned. "When did you arrive? Why didn't I know?"

"I heard from Wendy that you finished shooting, so I came over. I just missed Lexi too much."

Linda realized she had been neglecting Samson during this time. "She's still asleep right now."

She went to the small refrigerator, took out a can of soda for herself, and handed a bottle of mineral water to Samson. "How are the projects with the Wilson Group? Are they stable now?" "Yes," Samson replied. "With William providing money, resources, and connections, if this project doesn't go smoothly, it would be rare for any project to succeed."

Samson took a sip of the water before saying, "I heard from Lina that your shoot wasn't going very smoothly."

Linda was replying to messages on her phone. "It wasn't that bad, just not as smooth as before.

"In the past, all the actors were chosen by me, and they had some experience. Although not all were professionals, at least they weren't timid in front of the camera and didn't try to show off." She didn't finish her sentence, but Samson understood.

"There's nothing you can do about it. When people with a bit of background get a chance, they naturally want to make the most of it."

He patted Linda on the shoulder. "If you feel uncomfortable, after this project ends, we won't do this kind of work again.

"The company isn't dependent on one small project, so focus on the new film. Your main work is movies, not these micro movies. Treat them as leisure, not a career. Your talent shouldn't be confined here." He spoke with the earnestness of a senior looking out for a junior, making Linda smile.Content property of NôvelDra/ma.Org.

"I know. After this, I don't plan to do more of these. It's too exhausting."

There were some other issues during filming, but due to the other party's background, she couldn't speak up. Overall, it was quite frustrating.

"Ida has already been executed."

Linda said she knew, so Samson asked, "Are you really planning to let Hannah off the hook?"

Samson had only recently learned that Linda intended to bring Hannah into the company. He wasn't questioning her decision but was concerned about how it might be perceived by others in the company. Such actions could give people something to gossip about, which could affect Linda's future development. The company's senior members had a bit of disdain for others.

"I don't think she's at fault. She just didn't have a choice. As a woman, I don't want to be ruthless toward other women.

"Bringing her into the company is me giving her a chance. If she can seize it, then past issues can be forgiven. If she can't, then there's nothing more I can do."

Linda was giving Hannah a chance, but whether she could take it was up to fate.

Lexi came out from the inner room, still rubbing her eyes and about to call for Linda. Seeing Samson, she ran barefoot toward him.

Samson picked her up. "Did you miss me?"

Lexi buried her head in his shoulder. "I did."
