Edmond had just been angry with Alicia in his apartment. His heart had softened the moment he heard Alicia say she was coming to meet him.

"Ms. Casey, Mr. Charles from the AQ Group called and said he's arranged a dinner party for tomorrow. If you apologize to him in person with sincerity, he is willing to give our company the opportunity to work on the project."

"I'm not crying. I just got tears in my eyes when I yawned. You were so slow. I got sleepy waiting for you."

After saying that, Alicia acted like everything was fine. Then, she turned off her computer, picked up her handbag, and stood up.

"Let's go to have dinner."

Edmond didn't believe her words, but he didn't expose her.

Alicia was very reluctant to let anyone see her vulnerable side. If Edmond had exposed her on the spot, it would have infuriated her.

Now that the employees were off duty, no one saw Alicia and Edmond coming down the stairs together.

After they stepped out of the elevator and arrived at the garage, Alicia had thought they would each drive their own car. However, Edmond followed her to the red Ferrari with his hands in his pockets.

"Why are you following me? Where's your car?"

Edmond took a glance at the red sports car. Then he dropped his gaze to the passenger seat where other men had sat and said meaningfully, "I want you to be my sugar mama."

Alicia didn't understand what he was saying.

Immediately after, she saw Edmond open the passenger door, sit in it, and raise his chin to her.

"Licia, get in the car."
