Chapter 2303

Chapter 2303

Hearing that Ava wanted her help on something, it was exactly what Raegan wanted.

“Ava, just tell me what it is. I'l] help you as long as it’s within my ability.”

Ava looked around. “Let's find a place to sit and talk.”

Raegan’s gaze shifted. “There's a very suitable place nearby. Ava, come with me.”

Raegan said and led the way. Ava followed Raegan into the car without hesitation.

After driving for about five or six minutes, the car stopped downstairs at one of the high-end residential

areas.

Ava was also no stranger to this area as it was not very far from where she worked. She then

remembered that Raegan had told her earlier that she bought a unit near her company for her. Hence,

the apartment building in front of her was probably the unit Raegan mentioned.

Of course, Ava did not ask. She had never thought of asking for anything from Raegan, and she also

knew that Raegan was trying her best to make up for the damage she caused her in different ways.

When the elevator reached the floor, Ava came back to her senses.

Raegan took Ava to the door of an apartment and unlocked the door with her fingerprint.

After the door was opened, Ava could smell a faint fragrance. It was the smell of flowers. The living Exclusive © material by Nô(/v)elDrama.Org.

room was well-lit, and they saw sunlight pouring in as soon as they entered the room. It made the living

space feel particularly cozy.

What surprised Ava was that the interior of this apartment turned out to be the style she liked. She was

very fond of the layout and even the small decorations around.

It could be seen that Raegan had seriously tried to understand her preferences.

Raegan made some black tea and poured a cup for Ava. Under the warm sunlight, the mother and

daughter sat on the sofa by the French window. The scene looked very warm.

Raegan looked at Ava with anticipation and love. Then, she smiled and said, “I think you must have

guessed it by now, Ava. Yes, this apartment is the one I wanted to give you before but you refused. I

can understand your feelings completely. What I owed you back then can’t be made up for with money

or a house.”

As she said that, Raegan's guilt in her heart deepened.

Seeing that Ava's eyebrows were also slightly furrowed, Raegan hurriedly changed the subject. “By the

way, Ava, what do you need my help with?”

Ava's thoughts were also pulled back by Raegan's words.

She put down the teacup and looked at Raegan with a serious expression. “I still remember the last

time Danny went to the emergency room because of a sudden urgent situation. It’s all thanks to the

doctor you hired that he could survive. He’s recovering well and was discharged from the hospital

today.

“But, as you know, Danny's head was severely concussed when the car accident happened, so he

can't remember the past. I hope you can help me contact the doctor again.” ©

Raegan understood what Ava meant. She nodded, and her expression was serious. “Actually, I

contacted that doctor long ago.”

Upon hearing this, Ava was very surprised. “You did?”

“Yes.” Raegan smiled slightly. “However, he’s not an expert in neurology, so he said that he may not be

the most capable candidate for this. But Ava, don’t worry. That doctor knows many experts and

professors. He just called today and told me that he has contacted a professor who’s an authoritative

figure in neurology.”

“Really?” Ava could not hold back the joy in her heart and shrieked in surprise.

Raegan gave her a firm answer. “It's true, so don't worry too much, Ava. I think it won't be long before

Danny remembers everything.”

After hearing what Raegan said, Ava felt a lot more at ease.
