He looked surprised as he stared at my hair down to my face.

“Uh… hi”I said when his gaze was starting to creep me out.

“Hi. You have changed your hair color”he replied.

“Yeah. Did… did it look awful on me?”I asked.

“Nope, it’s nice”he smiled.

I was afraid of him saying it’s bad.

He nodded and stared at myself.

“Oh, yes. We will catch up later, I have to grab my bag”he smiled and I nodded and started walking away with the guards walking behind me.

As we walked closer to the school premises, the students rushed out and began taking pictures of me.

They said.

I sighed and rolled my eyes then I sighted Mia from afar.

She was walking towards me with a smile.

I scoffed out and folded my arms.

She finally got to me and i stopped walking.

“Hey, Fontana”she beamed.

“Gosh, what do you want?”I rolled my eyes.

Mia brows rose up in confusion.

“I… I… I thought we were friends now”she stammered.

“Did I submitted a friend proposal to you?. And why would I want to be friends with you boor…., gosh, you disgust me”I replied.

I watched as tears formed up in her eyes.

I sighed and brought out my phone from my bag.

I went to the phone camera and pushed her a bit close to me.

The students murmured.

“Mia. Say cheese…..”I said to her.

She gulped down nothing and tears came flowing down her face.

“C’mon, don’t you want us to take pictures together?”I asked.

She cleaned her face up with the palm of her eyes and smiled.

“Cheese…..”I muttered and took a picture.

“Wow, we look really cute, don’t you think?”I said staring at the outcome of the picture.

I smirked and shared the picture on the Instagram.

I returned my phone back in my bag and looked up at Mia.

I light smirk touched my face when I saw her dumbfounded face.

I patted her shoulder and moved inside the school along with the guards.

#On Weekend#

School days passed by so quickly.

Today is Saturday, the day I will be going over to Darrel’s House.

I already accepted his invite and he has given me the address and I was fully prepared for it.

Thank God my parents are out on a business trip.

“I can’t believe you finally manage to get me involve in this”Sam scoffed as she came out of my dressing room.

I have been begging her in the past few days to allow go to the party without letting my parents know.

“I’m sorry”I gave her a puppy face.

She took her face away and stood akimbo.

“So, when are you going to come back. You can’t possibly come in the midnight”she asked.

“Uhm, I don’t know but I will make sure the time I spent there is limited”I replied.

“Why must it even be a night party, huh?. I’m clearly getting myself in big trouble by letting you go and you won’t even be taking the guards with you”Sam sighed.

“You won’t get into trouble, I promise”I clamped my palms together.

“As if. As if you can actually do something about it when I get fired”she rolled her eyes.

“It’s s promise, I have never back down on a promise before”I said.

She stared at me for some minutes without uttering any word and when I actually thought my words were slowly getting to her, she suddenly frowned.

“Eish, you don’t expect me to believe your words. I have come to a conclusion already, you will be spending an hour over there”she said.

“What?, an hour?. That’s not enough”I complained and sat properly on the bed.

“That’s it, Fontana. Take it or leave it”she frowned.

“Fine, you can really be mean”I snorted.

“Hope you don’t plan on getting drunk?”she suddenly asked and looked at me suspiciously.

“What?. Hell no, and stop looking at me like that”I replied.

“Good cause I will just take a picture of you in your drunken state and send it over to your Dad”she said and my eyes widened.

I grabbed a pillow and threw it at her.

“You won’t even do that”I gritted.

“And what if I did?. Wait, why are you even angry when you said you are not gonna drink some minutes ago or are you actually messing around with me”Sam said.

“Gosh, Sam. You are getting me mad and do you think it won’t affect you also when you send my picture to my dad?”

Sam face dropped immediately after I said that.

“You’re right. But just don’t get drunk okay?, I don’t want to be the one to clean your whole mess up and if you dare think and your parents eventually get to know about it, trust me, I will hunt you down in your dream”Sam threatened and pointed her pinky finger at me.

I stifled a laugh as I stared at her funny expression.

“Don’t laugh Fontana”she shook her head but it was too late as I bursted into hysterical laughter.

“Oh my God, Sam. I didn’t know you were such a scardy cat, did you see your face just now”I laughed, rolling on the bed and holding my stomach.

“My words are not even laughable so why the hell are you laughing?”Sam said angrily and stomped out of the room.

I was now dressed up in a blue short gown.

I took my purse from the table and moved out of the room then took the stairs down.

I met Sam in the living room.

She walking tho and fro and she looked restless.

She turned to me and sighed.

“I have a bad feeling about this, Fontana. What if we get caught?”

I rolled my eyes and folded my arms.

“Nothing is gonna happen, it’s just a party”I replied.

“Fine”

“What about the guards?”

“I manage to talk them over”she replied and I nodded.

“That’s good. I will be on my way. Take care”I bade at her and walked towards the door.

I opened it and stepped out and closed the door behind me.

I walked towards the lots and some guards walked to me and stood in my way then bowed.

“It’s late in the night, where are you going?”one of them asked.

“Let her go”a guy appeared behind them and said.

I looked closely at him and he was the captain.

Thank gracious.

“Sir???”the other guard called.

“You don’t have to worry. Let her go”he repeated.

The other guards reluctantly nodded and they stepped out of my way.

I released a breath and walked towards the car.

I opened the car and sat in.

I watched from the rearview mirror as the driver rushed towards the car.

He got inside the driver’s seat and turned to me.

“Are you going somewhere, Miss?”he stupidly asked.

I mean, he saw that I was dressed up and he was still asking if I was going somewhere. Will I just dress up and come to sit in the car for nothing?.

“Of course. Just drive, I will give you the address when we get to the road”I rolled my eyes at him.

“Right now?”he asked.

Geez….

I glared at him and he cleared his throat and turned back.

He ignited the engine and drove out of the lots.

The gateman opened the gate and he drove out.

He drove for minutes before we got to the road.

“We’re on the road, miss. Where’s the address?”he asked.

I opened my purse and brought out a paper where Darrel had written the name on that day.

I handed it over to him and relaxed back on the seat.

He looked inside the paper and nodded.

I stared out of the window, watching as he drove pass some big houses.

He drove for a long time and when I was starting to feel tired of the long drive, he stopped the car Infront of a house.

“Is this the place?”I asked.

“Yes”he replied.

I brought out my phone from my purse and went to my phone contact then dialed Darrel’s number.

I clicked the car down opened and hopped out.

He gave me his number that day so I can call him if there’s any miss up.

He picked the call at the fourth ring.

“Hello”his voice sounded.

“Hey. Darrel, it’s me, Fontana. Actually, I’m outside your house right now, can you come pick me?”I asked and leaned on the car.

“Oh, sure, give me a minute and I will be there”he said and I nodded and hang up.

I could hear loud music coming out from the house from where I stood as I patiently waited for Darrel.
