Devoted Love, Mr. Hayes’ Darling Wife

Chapter 1017: Ask him only if you want money.

Late at night, past eleven o’clock, Micaela called him without asking, saying she missed him.

Nico looked for the devil.

It was the first time Micaela had taken the initiative to bother him in the six months she had been with him.

He had thought the woman would never have approached him.

As Micaela drove to the Moon Lake villa, a cold winter breeze hit her neck as she got out of the car.

Nico had left the door open for her after the earlier phone call.

As soon as Micaela entered the house, a heat wave hit her.

The heating in the house was on and it wasn’t cold at all.

Nico was a night owl, still wearing the white shirt and pants he wore to work during the day, so it was clear he had just finished work, hadn’t showered and wasn’t ready to sleep.

Micaela had just approached after changing her shoes when Nico pulled her into a tight embrace.

The strong masculine scent enveloped her instantly. He smelled good, the crisp scent of cold sea water, and she could smell that he had smoked a cigarette not too long ago, with a hint of trapped tobacco.

The man lowered his head, his thin lips resting on her ear, his tone wicked and unrestrained, “Can’t you resist looking for me in the middle of the night, have you missed me so much?”

Micaela buried her head in his arms, took a deep breath, and when she looked up, the gloom of his gaze was gone, replaced by charm and seduction. ”

Nico was inexplicably amused by the way she was throwing herself at him, her chin tilted up and she pitched, “I forgot.”

Micaela was extraordinarily active tonight, and when she heard him say that, she said nothing, just silently brushed her red lips against his thin ones, teasing him with her eyes closed, somewhat sunken into his pretty, stunning face, and exhaled softly in his ear, “But I, I really want Mr. Nico.”

Nico’s long, slender fingers flattened against her soft lips, a little mischievously, “What do you think?”

Micaela took off her coat and pressed Nico into a fervent, somewhat reckless kiss.

In the dimly lit, unlit room, Nico seemed unprepared for the woman’s initiative and backed up a step when Micaela bumped into him, but soon the man chained her in his arms, teasing under his deep eyes, “You look like you really want it, let’s see where you want it more.”

Big hands, rubbing and squeezing her slender little waist.

The woman who was soft and boneless in his arms was like a pool of water, climbing over him, tempting him to the extreme, trembling in his arms, blooming in his arms to the extreme.

On the other side of the window, on a long, cold night, snow begins to fall.

This night has passed and Micaela’s energy is almost squeezed out, but she doesn’t sleep at all, she hasn’t forgotten what she has come for.

“Mr. Nico, are you asleep?”

Nico’s hands came up and encircled her waist, his chest pulled close again, his voice low and husky, still lustful from the pleasure he’d just had, the man pressed his forehead to her forehead, his lips curved teasingly, “Do you want to do it again?”

Micaela took a deep breath, grabbed his arm with her slender hand and said, “Mr. Nico, can you lend me 200. 000?”

Nico’s dark eyes, which had been closed, snapped open and he stared at her, giving Micaela shivers.

Then, she wasn’t thinking about him, but about him … about the money.

Nico sneered, his fingers cupping her chin, his gaze contemptuously sizing her up, his tone even more unbearable, “Just that kind of ability right now, two hundred thousand at a time?”

Micaela blushed slightly, but the dim light kept her from feeling so embarrassed, “If Mr. Nico doesn’t feel up to it, it’s okay to sleep with me again.”

Anger rolled under Nico’s eyes and he pressed hard against her, his dark eyes deep and cold and icy. “Is it true that you’ll do anything you want as long as you get paid?”

Micaela stared at him, her red lips spitting, “Yes.”

He wanted money, needed it desperately.

Micaela feared he wouldn’t give it to her and prepared to provoke him, “If you don’t give it to me, I can go borrow it from someone else. Mr. Nico knows that for money I can’t have a fund.”

Nico gritted his teeth, his forehead veined, “Get out of my sight.”

Micaela had undoubtedly pissed him off.

Micaela stood at the edge of the bed in a thin nightgown, not getting out, approaching him, stubborn as hell, “You slept with me once, a hundred thousand times.”

Nico put his tongue to his teeth and scoffed, “A hundred thousand for once, Micaela?

“Give me the money.” Micaela doesn’t leave, doesn’t beg him, just says the words.

Fuck.

She was stubborn as a bull.

Irritated, Nico reached out for her hand over the one seeking his money, gathering it in his arms, roughly.

At this point, she didn’t have a good temper.

He bit her lip, breaking the bite to taste a hint of blood, and his dark eyes rolled in dense clouds, sinking.

“Micaela, you asked for it.”

Micaela felt the pain, but held it in, not forgetting to remind Nico in her ear, “Mr. Nico, you have to pay for touching me.”

Nico’s jaw tightened, his whole face went grim as if he was about to kill, and his big hands dug into her waist, about to crush her.

When it was over, Micaela collected herself in a shredded heap.

Nico tore up a check, picked up a pen and filled in a figure with a big pen stroke, and dropped it in front of her, grim as hell: “Three hundred thousand, three times.”

Micaela looked at the check at her feet and bent down to pick it up, forcing a smile on her lips, “Thank you Mr. Nico, you can call me again if you need me.”

Her undignified look completely infuriated Nico.

“Take the check and get the hell out of here!”

Micaela squeezed the scalded check, got dressed, wrapped herself in her coat and stormed out of the Moon Lake villa.

Nico was so pissed that he kicked over the low little table next to him, dammit!

At that moment, Nico made a definite decision about Micaela: this woman really only cares about money.

A week later, Malia Monica was released from the ICU and moved to a regular ward.

Micaela had moved Malia Monica to the VIP ward so that she could recover better.

In the last half month, Malia Monica has recovered well, is clearer and can communicate normally.

During this period, Micaela has worked tirelessly to take care of Malia Monica, with big dark circles under her eyes and bad appearance.

When Malia Monica woke up, seeing her granddaughter working so hard, she became distressed and said, “Micaela, go home and get some sleep, it’s okay for her to be here alone, if something really happens, I’ll ring the doorbell for the nurse.”

Micaela shook her head and took Malia Monica’s hand, “Grandma, the doctor also said you should have a family member here to take care of you, so you can’t leave anyone here yet. Besides, even if I went home to sleep, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at ease.”

“Then … what about your school classes?”

Micaela reassured her, “I’ve asked permission from the counselor, you’re sick, I have to take care of you, you’re the only grandmother I have.”

Micaela approached her bed and Malia Monica reached over and touched her head, tearfully saying, “Micaela, grandma is a burden to you.”

Micaela smiled at her with reddened eyes, “But Grandma is a burden, and I love it.”NôvelDrama.Org owns this text.

Micaela reached out and hugged Malia Monica, her voice muffled and pouting, “Grandma, you have to promise Micaela that you will stay with her for the rest of her life.”

“Silly girl, Grandma is too old to live that long, Micaela, you have to find a boyfriend who is good to you and marry him, then Grandma will be relieved when he leaves.”

Micaela closed her eyes and cried, “Grandma, I won’t marry anyone, I’ll stay with Grandma for the rest of my life.”

“Silly girl, don’t say childish things.”

Malia Monica remembered the cost of the operation and asked, “Micaela, how much did the operation cost…?”

“Grandma, you don’t have to worry about money.” Fearing that Malia Monica was unsure, Micaela added, “Don’t worry, it was all paid for by that bastard.”

Bastard, referring to Beltran Matamoros.

Malia Monica growled, “He has a conscience.”

Malia Monica indicated to Micaela, “Micaela, get my purse out of the drawer.”

“Okay.”

Micaela pulled the purse out, “What do you want to take, Grandma?”.

“There’s a savings card in there, you take it out.”

Micaela found a small old lady model purse and pulled out the savings card.

Malia Monica smiled warmly at her, took her hand and said, “Micaela, grandma has no money in her old age, this is the little money she has saved, there is 50. 000 in it, take it and use it, grandma can’t help you anymore, you will have to go on your own in the future.”

Micaela was brought to tears, “Grandma, I don’t want it. You’re going to give me all the money, what are you going to do with yourself?”.

“I don’t spend money living in a small town.”

Micaela slipped the savings card back into her purse, “Abuela I have money, I took a lot of money from that cabron when I left La familia Matamoros, enough to spend.”

Malia Monica heard her say that and didn’t think she was lying, so she didn’t say anything else, just patted her little hand and gave a soft sigh.

Amengual Group building.

“Mr. Nico, I heard that Miss Micaela’s grandmother is in the city hospital for an operation.”

Nico’s eyebrows jumped, “Hospitalized? What’s wrong with her?”

“A brain tumor, but it’s benign, but the cost of the operation, hospital bill and nutrition and all, must have cost about three hundred thousand, and that’s probably why Miss Micaela asked you for two hundred thousand.”

No wonder she was so insistent.

Nico, a little uncomfortable because he had misunderstood her, said, “How about the doctor who treated your grandmother?”

“Not bad, it seems he also got a specialist to do the surgery through connections, and it was quite successful.”

Nico felt slapped in the face, and loudly.

It was true, he didn’t go to him for anything, he only did so when he needed money.

This feeling of being used as an ATM was unpleasant.

It wasn’t that no woman had ever asked him for money before, but this time why was it so unpleasant.

Hmph, next time I won’t give her a dime, see what she does.
