“Rhea, someone is coming after you. Be careful, stick to your father and siblings at all times” a voice said to me.

“Did you hear that?” I asked

“Hear what?” Lucy asked

“Nothing. Don’t worry about it” I said trying not to raise alarm

“What’s the matter?” Jaden asked

“Nothing. I just thought I heard something.” I replied.

“No need to worry about it.” I added

“You don’t need to worry, you are all safe here. No harm can come to you as long as I am here.” Father said.

We all ate in silence until father broke the silence when he was done.

“Get some rest after you are done. We will talk more tomorrow.” He said as he made his way out of the dining and willow followerd

Jaden finished.

“Alright ladies, see tomorrow. I don’t think I will wake up early at the long stress I went through with Rhea.” He said as we all laughed to it.

“Don’t worry, I get a nice fitting cloth for you.” I said as I chuckled

“I’m never going to let you pick out an outfit for me so don’t worry about it.” He said as he made his was to his room

Lucy and I laughed at him as he left. Finally, I was left with Lucy.

“Hey, what’s going on?” Lucy asked looking at me as though she knew I lied.

“Nothing, really.” I said

“Come on. You can tell me. Ain’t we sisters anymore? I can keep secrets.” She said with a smile on her face

“Well, I heard the voice again in my head. A woman’s. She’s trying to warn me about something or someone but I don’t know why.” I said

“What do you mean by again?” She asked

“Before I saved Jaden, a voice asked me to?” I replied

“To top it all, it’s the same voice I heard the night I saved Jaden” I added

“So what did she say?” Lucy asked

“Hmm. She even called your name and she knows that you are with us and father. That means she knows us pretty well.” Lucy said.

“And according to what I know, only your bloodline can get into your head. I mean, I don’t know. If she was able to say something and only you could hear it, that means she must be close to you or maybe a bloodline.” She explain

“See what you are going to do. Next time the voice talks to you, ask her who she is. Well at least that way you might get your answer.” She suggested as we made our way to our toom to take some rest. We laid down on the bed gisting about our lives till we fell asleep.

“Rhea, don’t forget what I told you. That’s the only way to stay alive. ” a woman who looked very beautiful said to me.

I looked around, I couldn’t recognize where I was. Everything seemed strange.

“Don’t be afraid, I won’t harm you. I’m here to help.” The woman said

She looks hurt. I tried to help her but she said that I should not come closer. I wondered why she wouldn’t let me help her.

“Don’t come closer. I will be fine. Just know that you are in danger. A very powerful witch is after you and she will stop at nothing until you are dead.” She said

“But who are you?” I asked

“That doesn’t matter right now. You just have to do what I said.” She replied

“Do you still have the spell book?” She asked

“Yes I do but…” I said as she cut me off

“No but’s. Practice with it and you will be fine as long as you all stick together.” She said

“Rhea, Rhea” I head a voice calling out to me

“You have to go now” she said

Before I could say anything, I found myself on the bed socked in sweats and Lucy beside me panicking.

“Rhea, Rhea” she called out.

I could see the fear in her eyes. I thought maybe she was scared that something would happen to me.

I sat up and looked at Lucy who looks really scared.

“What happen?” She asked

“I saw her” I said

“You saw who?” She asked

“I saw the woman that has been talking to me. She looks hurt but she didn’t let me get closer.” I replied

“But did she at least tell you who she was?” She asked

“No, she didn’t. I asked her but she wouldn’t say anything. All she said was that there’s a powerful witch who is after and would stop at nothing until I’m dead” I replied

“Well, that’s some scary sh*t” Lucy said

“Well, did she at least give a solution or something?” She asked

“No, she didn’t. All she said was that we should all stick to each other including our father. And that I should also practice with the spell book that it would really help me.” I answered.

“Well, that’s a start. Let’s get some rest. We have a big day tomorrow.” Lucy said

“Can I join you? My bed is kinda wet” I asked

“Of course, ” she replied as I made my way to her bed. It took a while before I finally fell asleep.

~Derrick’s POV~

I left the dining room with willow to my chamber. I was happy and at the same time, sad. Happy because finally, I got to meet my children. Sad because, the love of my life is no more.

I got to my room, stood at the for a while before turning to Willow.

“Go get some rest, I will be fine” I said to him

“Yes, sir” he replied as he left.

I entered my room and laid down thinking about Karen till I slept off

~Lady Karen’s POV~

After the attack, I went into hiding. I had sworn to keep my children safe. They can only be safe now with their father. That way, Eric won’t get to them.

Trying so hard to keep them safe, I discovered that Eric, wasn’t the only threat. Greeta is there too. She has always longed for revenge for her mothers death. And she will stop at nothing till she hurts someone related to us.

I will do what ever it takes to make sure she doesn’t get to them.
