Alpha King’s pregnant Ex-Luna

“That was when I discovered the authenticity of my bond with him. However, I never engaged with him or had any intention of recognizing him as family. It was only because of my mother’s circumstances that we actually interacted,” Tony growled, his voice tinged with aggression.

“So that means Alpha Kilian was unaware of your existence before?” Thalia inquired, her tone wary.

“Obviously, he had no clue,” Tony sneered.

Thalia fell silent, her mind consumed with thoughts. After a long pause, she murmured earnestly, “Your mother is truly remarkable and admirable.”

Tony nodded, his eyes filled with determination. “Yes, she went through great challenges to give birth to me and raise me. She was afraid that Alpha Kilian would discover me and take me away, which is why I never considered him my father or wanted to admit any relation to him. That’s why I never told you about this.” Tony finally confided in Thalia, revealing the whole situation.

Thalia understood his reasoning and empathized with his decision.

“How can Alpha Kilian be such a despicable individual? He mistreats your mother despite her beauty. What a vile bastard!” Thalia spat out, her words dripping with disdain.

Tony nodded in agreement, his anger evident. “Indeed!”

“You have done the right thing. Alpha Kilian doesn’t deserve to have children. The lineage should end with him!” Thalia declared firmly.

Hold on. Are you cursing at me?

Tony turned his head to gaze at Thalia, confusion etched on his face.

Thalia realized her slip-up a moment later and hastily replied, “That’s not what I meant. What I’m saying is that someone like Alpha Kilian deserves a terrible fate. But who would have thought he would be fortunate enough to have a son like you?”

“That’s right!” Tony agreed, bobbing his head vigorously.

“In the end, I’d rather have a good life than be a good person,” Thalia said wistfully.

Tony inclined his head again, understanding her perspective.

Just then, Thalia turned to him. “Even though this is what happened and you have your own plans, you should have still told me earlier. After all, I have said so many things about Alpha Kilian…” Thalia trailed off, her voice fading into a whisper.

“Don’t worry. I won’t tell him anything you’ve said,” Tony reassured her.

“It’s not that I’m afraid he’ll find out!” Thalia quickly retorted, refusing to admit her fear.

“Of course. You’re definitely not scared of him!” Tony responded supportively.

“Our relationships with Alpha Kilian are quite delicate. I thought it was fine because you aren’t his biological child, but now it’s different,” Thalia mused, her thoughts returning to the situation. “If Sam finds out about this, he’ll be completely surprised!”

A sudden realization struck Thalia. “You didn’t leave the organization because of Alpha Kilian, did you?”

Tony shook his head immediately. “No, I would never do that!”

“Really? Do you swear?”

“I swear. There’s zero chance I’ll do that!” Tony swore, raising his hand.

Thalia felt a sense of relief. “I trust you, but… it’s a different story for Sam.”

Tony chuckled. “Don’t worry. He has no choice but to believe me.”

As Thalia turned to speak, Tony realized she had something else to say, and he quickly dropped his smile, adopting a serious expression.

“Who said he has no choice?” Thalia questioned.

“What?” Tony asked, confused.

Thalia gestured a hand across her neck.

Tony contemplated her words. “Well, that’s not entirely unreasonable.”

“Glad you understand.”

“So I’ll rely on you to keep me safe!” Tony beamed at Thalia.

During the days they had spent together, Tony had often presented himself as a mature young adult, rarely displaying childlike joy.

In that moment…

Oh my. I can’t resist his innocent face. How can he be so adorable and endearing? He makes others want to shower him with affection!

Thalia rolled her eyes at him. “Anyway, you’re not allowed to hide anything from me in the future.”

“Okay!” Tony nodded obediently.

“If I find out you’ve hidden something from me again, I’ll…” Thalia warned, her voice trailing off.

“What?” Tony asked, curious.

Thalia grinned mysteriously. “Do you know how eunuchs peed in ancient times?”

Tony fell silent.

Thalia gently stroked his cheek. “Do you understand, Darling?”

Tony instantly beamed and nodded enthusiastically.

“Good boy. Let’s go!” Thalia declared.

Tony followed her, a slight chuckle escaping him.

Suddenly, a thought crossed his mind.

“Thalia?”

“Call me Goddess.”

“G-Goddess…”

“Yes?”

“What if I were to say that I still have something else hidden from you?”

Thalia shot him a piercing gaze.

Tony hastily smiled and continued, “I was just kidding. It was a random thought.”

Thalia finally averted her gaze and continued walking.

Tony quietly sighed in relief.

I think… it’s best to let things unfold naturally. I’ll take it one step at a time.

Once Fabian had finished his tasks, he headed straight to the hospital.

Upon seeing Alpha Kilian lying on the bed, bandages covering several wounds, worry and fear consumed Fabian.

Alpha Kilian glanced at him. “Why are you standing so far away?”

Taking a few hesitant steps forward, Fabian replied, his voice filled with apprehension, “Alpha Morris, I never expected things to turn out this way…”

Alpha Kilian sneered, “If you had spoken a little more nonsense during our call the other day, you would have become my employee by now.”

“No, no, no!” Fabian cried out. “You will always be my employer, Alpha Morris! That will never change!”

He was prepared to flatter Alpha Kilian.

Ignoring his words, Alpha Kilian asked, “How are things progressing?”

Fabian summoned his courage and took another step closer. “I’ve discussed this with the lawyer. Gary is still in bed, grievously injured. However, he has regained some consciousness, and the police have questioned him. He has confessed to everything he did but insists that Dave did not instruct him.”Belongs to NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.

Alpha Kilian narrowed his eyes. “When we confronted Dave, his reactions seemed genuine. It didn’t appear as though he was pretending, so he’s probably not behind this.”

“That’s the strange part. If it wasn’t Dave, why would Gary have targeted Ms. Jackson?” Fabian wondered. “If he sought revenge, shouldn’t he be coming after you?”

Alpha Kilian looked up at Fabian, his gaze inscrutable.

Realizing his mistake, Fabian quickly backtracked. “I didn’t mean that, Alpha Morris. I was simply stating the facts.” He flashed Alpha Kilian a flattering smile.

Alpha Kilian turned away, unwilling to answer him.

But his lips were tightly pressed together, and his brow furrowed. Fabian’s words echoed his own thoughts.

Suddenly, Fabian remembered something. “By the way, Alpha Morris, although Gary may have a mental disability, I heard his IQ is significantly higher than average.”

That was something Alpha Kilian had noticed during their interactions.

Gary was no ordinary individual with a mental disorder.

With that realization, an idea sparked in Alpha Kilian’s mind.

He looked at Fabian. “Come closer.”

Fabian approached him hesitantly.

“Closer,” Alpha Kilian commanded.

Nervously leaning in, Fabian awaited Alpha Kilian’s words.

As he heard more, excitement ignited in Fabian’s eyes.
